As this year comes to a close, I’m choosing to pause, breathe, and reflect. Each year has shaped us in different ways, with lessons, growth, and moments we’re ready to release. Today is about letting go of what no longer serves us and making space for peace, clarity, and new beginnings. We don’t have to carry everything forward. Some things are meant to stay in the past so we can step into the future lighter and more aligned.
