Commission a portrait from a photo and create the most personalised gift for your loved-ones. Turn your photo into a handmade portrait illustration. Simply choose the number of characters, enter your background colour and if you want a digital version or printed version. I will draw the illustration by hand then add the colour digitally. A personalised portrait is the perfect birthday gift and is also an ideal gift for Christmas, Thanksgiving, a housewarming, St Valentine or a wedding anniversary.
How to commission a portrait?
- Choose the number of characters you would like in your illustration and if you need a portrait or full body, and if you need a digital or printed illustration, then place the order
- Once you have purchased the order, send me a high-resolution picture by email and then include the background colour you would like
- I will turn our photo into an illustration. Please note that each illustration is hand-drawn and the colours are added by hand on a tablet. Everything is handmade.
- The illustration will be sent to you by email and printed on an A3 glossy paper if you requested a printed copy.
- It usually takes 1 week to create the illustration and 3 days to print it. The shipping time will depend on the location (please see our shipping time below)
Please note I don’t print illustrations in Europe and the frames is not included
How to choose a high-quality picture
- Make sure there is enough light so we can see all the facial features
- Please don’t use pictures that are pixelated or blurry
- Physical print colours may be slightly different than what you see on your screen
- As it’s a custom product, we don’t accept returns or exchanges
