Shipping & Returns

ORDERS

In most case orders are shipped in the next 3 working days. Please note these times may be extended during holidays, restocks, launches and promotions. 

A3 prints and calendars are shipped flat in a hard backed envelope and covered with cellophane.

All Europe and international orders will be shipped with a tracking number unless it’s standard shipping. We cannot be held responsible for any lost items on standard shipping.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES 

  • Within the UK: 1 to 6 business days.
  • Europe: 1-8 weeks
  • Canada: 3-9 weeks
  • United States: 2-8 weeks
  • Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 3-10 weeks
  • Latin America and the Caribbean: 5-12 weeks
  • North Africa and the Middle East: 5-12 weeks

We will do our best to meet this shipping estimates as Christmas volumes, the pandemic, or bad weather impacts could cause delays.

DELAYS 

We are not responsible for shipping delays that might be affected by, but not limited to customs, transportation strikes, and delays from Royal Mail to international mail carriers and natural disasters.

IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES

Customers are solely responsible and must pay for all import duties, taxes and tariffs levied by their respective government on their purchases.

These fees are not included in your order and unfortunately, we have no control over these charges. To find out how more about these fees, please contact your local customs office. 

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFOUND

If you change your mind about a purchase please let us know as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped we will cancel it immediately.

If you order has been shipped, and you wish to cancel and return it,  you must contact us within 14 days from the day you receive your order unless it is a sales or customised item. You will have to notify us by email about the cancellation and return.

If you are returning your order from outside of the UK, please mark “returning item” on the package, so that you won’t have to pay for customs charge.

Please note that returning postage costs will not be refunded.

For a refound under our goodwill policy, items must be unused, returned in the original packaging and in a saleable condition to be resold. We reserve the right to not proceed to a refound if the item doesn’t arrive in good condition.

If your product arrives damaged, we will require a picture of the damaged item and process a refound.

SHIPPING

If you haven’t received your item, please ensure you wait the full estimated time to receive your order, if you do not receive your items after this time, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will investigate.

 If you have selected standard shipping, the item is not trackable and we cannot be held responsible for lost mail. Please contact Royal Mail to help your further on lost post. We highly recommend you select the trackable shipping option on your purchase for your peace of mind.

Please make sure you enter the correct delivery address when you place your order. Items returned through an incorrect address will incur to a re-delivery charge if the item is still wanted.
